In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Bautista said that he will fly to Indonesia next week to shoot some scenes for the movie.
"Next week pupunta na pala ako ng Indonesia magsho-shoot ako ng movie doon at mawawala ako ng mga isang buwan at kalahati," (Next week, I will be going to Indonesia to shoot a movie there and I will be gone for a month and a half) Bautista said during the shoot of his music video, which will feature Angelica Panganiban.
The singer, who has done acting here, also hopes his project will be shown here.
"Sana ipalabas dito. Sana magkaroon ng collaboration between different film companies. Pero doon muna," (Hope it would be released here. Hope there could be a collaboration between two different film companies. But there first,) he said.
In a previous interview with abs-cbnNEWS.com, Bautista said he is learning how to speak Bahasa. He will also undergo different acting workshops.
"We are planning already. I'm learning Basaha. I'm doing acting workshops, I'm doing different kind of workshops. Getting ready for acting, getting ready for acting maybe in Indonesia or here," Bautista said.
In the movie, Bautista will play the role of a Filipino musician who will move to Indonesia.
"Basically ang synopsis ay music teacher ako dito sa Philippines na pupunta ng Indonesia at doon na magkakaroon ng istorya," (Basically, the synopsis is that I am a teacher here in the Philippines and I will go to Indonesia and from there a story would be made) the singer said.
