Make Way for BY2

Simply… amazing! These girls originated from Singapore but pursued their career in Taiwan by 2007. Starting to be in the limelight at a young age of, BY2 was trained to play the violin, piano, ballet, to sing, dance and perform like a star.

Miko
Yumi
Born with a talent of performing, Miko Bai Wei-Fen 白緯芬 and Yumi Bai Wei-Ling 白緯玲 joined Ocean Butterflies Music Pte Ltd to train and enhanced their talents. Without much effort, they have performed in many shows following a 10-year contract deal with the company. The Bai Twins wowed every audience they had.
However, thanks to the internet, the Bai Twins gained instant popularity and fame because of their capabilities in spite of their very young age. This was suddenly noticed by many record companies that soon started to crave for them.
Pursuing their dreams, it was a question how the girls managed to drop their schooling at Yio Chu Kang Secondary School just to reach the fame they have been wanting. But this didn't stopped the two from claiming that they can show the world their talents.
Making a name in the industry, the twins called them BY2 which somehow resembles their surname Bai. Recording and debuting in the market at the age of 16, these girls became a sensation.
After their hit debut album "16 Wei Cheng Nian (16未成年)" released in July 21, 2008, it was followed by "Twins" just a year after.
Growing up and turning 18 in March last year, BY2 released their third album “Grown Up” which marked the change of their image from cute little girls to sexy vixens depicting great music. Garnering awards all over the world, these two girls have truly made it to the way to stardom.
But being twins was not hard for them. People could not differentiate who’s who, so the two decided to have a distinct image that the audience could easily recall. The twins undergo different hair styles that set them apart but they clarified to their fans that they are different in terms of personality since Yumi Bai Wei Ling is loud while Miko Bai Wei Fen is the quiet one.

More are expected from the sisters since they have grown up not just in their looks but with their personalities as well. Exploring their different worlds, they have reigned in the industry and as I would like to call them, "Future Stars". Shining upon the dark night, they have really evolved into something great.  And as days go by, we will support them no matter what! Zhu Ni Hao Yun BY2!!
