SINGAPORE: The upcoming 2011 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) ,held at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on November 29, will see many K-pop stars like SNSD and Super Junior in attendance.
Even will.i.am and apl.de.ap from the Black Eyed Peas are coming down for the event.
But yet more stars have been added to the glittering lineup.
Asian celebrities like Chinese virtuoso pianist Lang Lang, J-pop singer Koda Kumi, Chinese pop star Jane Zhang and even Singapore's very own Mad Chinaman Dick Lee will be turning up for the massive event.
There will also be five men and two women who will become stars after the 2011 MAMA – they are the winners of the "Music Makes One" Song Dance Relay, who were selected from among 736 participants hailing from almost 50 countries.
The winners - two male contestants from Singapore, two female contestants from the US and three male contestants from Korea - will get the chance to dance alongside top K-pop stars on stage to the official theme song of the MAMA during the event's finale.
No ticket to the show? No problem.
Singapore viewers will be able to catch a live telecast of the 2011 MAMA on November 29 from 4pm on Channel U.
