The nominees for the 22nd annual Golden Melody Awards have been announced! While Jay Chou is nominated for several awards, the surprise is newcomer Weibird Wei, who is nominated for best Mandarin album, best composer, best new artist and best male performer.
ELVA Hsiao and Jolin Tsai didn’t have as much luck as they both didn’t get nominated; Jolin’s “Honey Trap” MV managed to get nominated for best music video.
